Delete your account & data

1. How to request deletion

Email us at support@gotaller.app with the subject "Delete my account".

• If you signed in with Google: send the email from that Google account (or mention its address) so we can verify it's you.
• If you used the app without signing in: your data is under an anonymous account. Tell us your device model and roughly when you installed the app, and we'll help locate it.

2. What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and removes all personal data we hold about you:

• Your account (anonymous account ID, and your email if you signed in with Google)
• Growth profile: date of birth, biological sex, current height, parent heights
• All lifestyle answers (sleep, foods, activity, posture)
• Your height prediction and personalized plan
• Your full height log and all daily check-ins, scores, and streaks
• Your subscription entitlement record in our systems

What we can't delete: purchase and payment records held by Google Play (and mirrored by our subscription processor RevenueCat) are retained by those companies as required for financial and legal compliance — but they are unlinked from your deleted profile. Your Google Play subscription itself must be cancelled by you in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; deleting your GoTaller account does not cancel billing.

3. Timeline

• We confirm your request by email within 2 business days.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered — height history, streaks, and your plan are gone for good.

4. Want to delete some data, but keep your account?

You can edit or remove individual height-log entries directly in the app (Journey → measurements). For anything else — for example clearing your lifestyle answers while keeping your account — email support@gotaller.app and tell us what to remove.
